MATTY IS SOLD!
A really nice kid who didn't have a lot of money, but did have a lot of heart and drive got a heck of a deal.
It was more important for me to send her off to a happy new life than to get the cash.
She has a new name, "Sue" and a new life on the road:

FURTHER INFO
Previous owner is a friend of mine and had the engine installed. She states actual miles on the engine 194,500. They used Matty as a regular family car and drove many highway miles in Montana.
Living in Wyoming and Montana, AC wasn't a real priority. All the vents and blowers function, but I- have not refilled freon. AC unit over back bench blows air
Clutch is smooth - I have had zero issues and had a full tune up last month and told them to go through EVERYTHING including the clutch. I have documentation for all the work done.
Seriously, it drives better now than it ever has. I just had $2000 worth of mechanical work done last month. My plan was to keep her for at least 3 more years, but I really needed a truck to do projects and my dad decided to sell his used truck. It was too good to pass up.
Attached are more pics showing rust and damage issues.
